Q3: Are you a manufacturer?
A3: Yes, we have our own LED downlight factory and professional LED engineers to meet your any requirements. we provide OEM & ODM service. Welcome you to visit our factory !

Q4: Is there any cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A4: For small order, express will be the best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport.

Q5: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
A5: Generally 3-5 days for led samples making. The leading time of mass production will depend on the quantity.

Q6: Is it OK to print my logo on led lights product ?
A6: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: How to do if any quality problems on our side in the warranty time?
A7: First, take real pictures or actual videos as proof and send to us. We will replace new ones for free in the next order.
